Allahabad - Sangam from Archieve
Here I am writing blog on Allahabad Sangam Bridge which connects Prayagraj (Formerly Allahabad), Uttar Pradesh, India city with South Allahabad.
In the Video below you can see shot where I am on "Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Setu" above Yamuna River. This bridge was built in 2004 and since then still this is one of the places in Allahabad for photo shoot and a kind of picnic spot. The location of this bridge makes it unique, it is above Yamuna river and just 500-800 meters (approx.) from the confluence of river Ganga and Yamuna called "Sangam". "Sangam" is part of Allahabad District to be specific and its a world heritage and a very holy place and there is nothing which can replace this place.
The beauty of this bridge having river Yamuna below, Sangam on East, Lord Curzon Bridge on West, City on North and South is enhanced during rains and if you stop or cross this bridge for few minutes, for sure you will fall in love with this place.
