History :
Palace was built in the year 1878 and construction was started in the year 1874.
Total land of 454 acres was purchased at the cost of rupees 40000 from Rev. Garret in 1874.
Palace has Tudor style Architecture due to which it resembles Windsor castle.
Palace was built for young Maharaja Chamarajendra Wadiyar X by his British guardians using his funds .
Present : In present times Bangalore palace is open to public since 2005 . The owner of Royal Bangalore Palace converted some part of palace as a museum where public is allowed with a entry fee of around 240 rupees as on 31 Dec 2021. Extra amount you can pay if you want to take DSLR.
Currently palace ground and buildings are frequently used for film shootings , concerts .
Iron maiden, Metallica, etc have performed here in the past .
Just to highlight Bangalore palace is private property and it's owned by decedent's of Royal family . There is no interference of government here which we see in most of the old fort or palaces are maintained by ASI or other government bodies.

Weather was cool as it is december and you will not feel hot as bangalore is so cool . 😀😎
Conclusion :
Overall experience = 8.4/10
(Average of below ratings )
Parking = 10/10
Cost = 7/10 ( bit high but it's private palace and to maintain palace one needs money . At the same time price controls crowd as well and people don't take it for granted .)
Photography = 9/10 (cutting 1 because of crowd and may be you will not be able to click as you will try to understand things on display )
Ambience and Building : 8/10 (cutting 2 marks because it's not a very big palace and you may find many places were closed and some items in decor you will feel were not required )
Basic Amenities : 8/10 ( cutting 2 because you will not find any good shops or vendors to have eatables if in case you are hungry and thirsty . Just street hawkers selling cucumbers and churmura you may get )
